Description

​Contractor registration for general fit-out works and modification (layout modifications, MEP modification)
Prerequisites

  • The contractor applying for the registration for the general fit-out works should have Interior Decoration activity in his Trade License
  • Contractor should have a registered in Contractor Practitioners register from Dubai Municipality 
Required Documents

​

□ Valid trade license with company stamp and original trade license

□ register certificate in Contractor Practitioners Register from Dubai Municipality .

□ Undertaking letter ( as per the template)
Fees (AED)

​500 AED + 20 AED knowledge and innovation fees
Time Frame
2-4 days
Policies And Procedures

​

  • After verifying and accepting the documents you will be advised to do the payment.
  • Contractor registration  in DHCC is for 1 year from the date of the payment.
  • Any fit-out work during this year is subject to validity of the trade license during the time of the project.
