The eligibility criteria for all healthcare professional licensing​ categories (listed below) within DHCC are filtered based on the type of qualifications obtained and the countries they were obtained from.

        Do I need to sit for an exam?

        ​DHCA exam is not applicable to all licensing categories. Kindly review the DHCA licensing guidelines above to know if an exam is required or not.

        Applicants can only register for the DHCA exam after the application review process has been completed. Following this process, the applicant will be given an Eligibility ID to register for the exam. To begin the application review process, kindly follow the link to register a profile and submit an application https://www.​dhcr.gov.ae/en/E-Services.

        How do I renew my professional license?
        • Go to www.dhcr.gov.ae
        • Log in using registered email address (contact info@masaar.ae and quote your license number to send you your registered email address if you do not know it).
        • Go to the bottom of the DHCR website and select "E-services".
        • Click on "Healthcare Professional".
        • Select "renewal".
        • Make sure you update your BLS & MMI from the "Update MMI, BLS.." request.
        • Ensure updating your Profile and selecting "professional Development Portfolio" and attach all required CME certificates.
        • Once the application is submitted, go back to your workspace.
        • Find "my tasks" and pay the required renewal fees.

        Do I need approval for my advertisement?

        Yes it is mandatory! The purpose for obtaining approval is to ensure accuracy and integrity concerning the advertisement of services provided by licensed operators in DHCC and in accordance to Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations. Please click here to download the Advertising Policy.

        How can I apply for advertisement approval?

        A DHCC operator can apply for approval by submitting the following documents to DHCR front desk:

        1. Filled, signed, and stamped Advertisement Review Request Form for each individual advertisement. Please click here to download Form.
        2. Receipt for payment, please click here for Fees
        3. Copy of Commercial License.
        4. Copy of Clinical Operating Permit
        5. Clear hard copy of the advertisement (s) in their final form
        6. If review request is for a website review, then web content in its final form on flash drive as PDF Document should be submitted.
        7. If advertisement is in a language other than Arabic or English:
          • Official Arabic translation for advertised text
          • Declaration by the establishment that translation matches the original text
