27 April, 2020. In line with national efforts to gradually resume activities in the UAE while ensuring compliance with COVID-19 precautionary and preventive measures, Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), the governing body of Dubai Healthcare City, would like to update Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets in the free zone on the below.
- Permission to provide dine-in services without a permit from Dubai Healthcare City Authority – Regulatory (DHCR), which has been waived for Ramadan this year.
- Mandatory physical distancing, maintaining two metres between tables.
- Only operate at 30% capacity at all times.
- Adhere to the following guidance documents:
Note: This update clarifies previous communication on 23 April; F&B outlets can now provide food delivery as well as dine-in services without permits.
